FDIC Exclusion please note:
The Navigators
insurance policy in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Nevada and
Washington
has
an
FDIC Exclusion
with a
sublimit of $100,000 for Claims Expenses
for real estate appraisers. OREP now offers an
alternative policy without this exclusion from Lexington Insurance (AM
Best Rated). Lexington also specializes in appraisers'
insurance and offers rates comparable to Navigator's without the exclusion.
We have used Lexington successfully for over 9 years.
For a quote from Navigator's with the
FDIC Exclusion, please complete every question on this
application (if the question does not pertain to your
field of work, please mark 'no'). If you would like a quote from Lexington,
without the exclusion, please complete every question on this
application. Quotes from both carriers take 2-3 business days and will
be emailed once received by OREP.
A confirmation will
be emailed within 24 hours if your application is received and correct. If not
correct, you will be contacted immediately. If you do not
receive confirmation after 24 hours, please call us (check email junk/spam first).
If your current policy is expiring, please call to confirm after
sending. Your new policy/declarations
page will be emailed
within 3-5 business days after payment is processed.
Coverage is NOT bound until
a declarations page is issued.

To avoid delays, please
type or print clearly when completing the application.
If you are
using a free version of Acrobat, please print or save the completed
application before emailing/faxing, otherwise it will arrive blank. Please
remember to sign and date your application.
2.
E-mail or fax your completed application to OREP:
info@orep.org or 619-704-0567, payment is not due at this time.
3. If you have current coverage in
place with a company other than OREP, please include
a copy of your expiring Declarations Page
to retain prior acts coverage.
