Texas Appraiser's Errors & Omissions Insurance
If you do NOT have current coverage in place: please use
this
Texas self-rating insurance application and send in with payment for the
lowest premium and same day coverage.
If you have current coverage in place, this policy
provides free prior acts coverage of past appraisals going back to the
Retroactive Date found on your current Declarations Page.
Finding the best program for you:
If your
retroactive date is 8/1/2008 or later/after, please use this
Texas self-rating insurance application and send in with payment for same day
coverage.
If
your retroactive date is 7/31/2008 or earlier/before,
please use this
Texas self-rating insurance application and send in with
payment for same day coverage.
Please send to the fax number or email address indicated at the top
of the application you complete. Be sure to send your current policy's declarations page with your
completed application. If you have any questions, please call us
at 888-347-5273, 8-5 PST. We answer the phone!
A confirmation will
be emailed within 24 hours if your Texas E&O insurance application is received and correct. If not
correct, you will be contacted immediately. If you do not
receive confirmation after 24 hours, please call us (check email junk/spam first).
If your current policy is expiring, please call to confirm after
sending. Your new policy/declarations
page will be emailed
within 3-5 business days after payment is processed.
Coverage is NOT bound until
a declarations page is issued.
Instructions for Completing & Submitting
your Texas E&O Insurance Application
1.
To avoid delays, please
type or print clearly when completing the application.
If you are
using a free version of Acrobat, please print or save the completed
application before emailing/faxing, otherwise it will arrive blank. Please
remember to sign and date your application.
2.
E-mail or fax your completed application with payment using OREP's payment page.
If application requires quoting, payment is not due at this time.
3. If you have current coverage in
place with a company other than OREP, please include
a copy of your expiring Declarations Page
to retain prior acts coverage.
4. Applications that require quoting take about 2-5 business days. All others
should be submitted with payment for same day coverage in most cases.
