IT IS BAD ENOUGH THAT I BELEIVE THAT IF THIS CONTINUES THERE WILL NOT BE MANY APPRAISERS IN THE COUNTRY. IT IS ECONOMICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO SURVIVE . THE AMC COMPANIES AND UNDERWRITTER MAKE DEMANDS THAT SHOW THEY ARE INCOMPETANT. THEY TREAT US WITH NO RESPECT AND WE NOW HAVE DOUBLE THE WORK FOR HALF THE FEE. WE ARE WORKING FOR ALMOST NOTHING WITH EXPENSES AS THEY ARE.
